Return policy and process
JKBC is a religious nonprofit and does not currently sell or ship physical goods through this website. Therefore, product returns, exchanges, and shipping returns are not applicable.
If physical goods are offered in the future, the product page will provide item-specific fulfillment, return, exchange, and shipping terms before purchase.
Donation refund and dispute policy
Charitable donations are generally final. JKBC may consider a refund when a gift was made in error, duplicated, processed for the wrong amount, or made without the donor’s authorization.
How to request a refund
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@jkbcusa.online or +1 904 238-4760.
- Provide the donor name, transaction date, amount, and reason for the request.
- Allow the church reasonable time to locate and review the transaction.
Approved refunds will normally be sent back to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Designated gifts that have already been spent or committed to their stated charitable purpose may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Disputes
Please contact JKBC before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue promptly. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law or your card issuer’s rules.
Cancellation policy
One-time gifts cannot be canceled after they have been fully processed, but they may be eligible for review under the refund policy above. A donor may ask to cancel or modify a future recurring donation at any time before the next scheduled charge by contacting JKBC or using the cancellation controls provided by the future payment provider.
JKBC does not currently sell subscriptions, event plans, or other automatically renewing commercial services through this website.
Legal and export restrictions
Donations and website use must comply with applicable United States laws, sanctions, anti-money-laundering requirements, payment-network rules, and restrictions imposed by the donor’s financial institution or payment provider. JKBC may decline, hold, return, or request additional information about a transaction when required by law or provider policy.
The church does not currently sell or export goods, software, technology, or regulated services through this website. Donations are not payments for goods or services, and no benefit or influence is guaranteed in exchange for a contribution.
Terms and conditions of promotions
JKBC does not currently offer commercial promotions, discount codes, sweepstakes, contests, or purchase incentives through this website. If a future event or campaign includes special promotional terms, those terms—including eligibility, dates, limits, and fulfillment details—will appear with that offer and will control over this general statement.
